Soon, the company is going to choose sixteen players out of you all - based on your Battle.net ranking and performances, of course - to play in double elimination format competition that begins on September 10. Finalist will be rewarded with cash with around RM 9,400 (USD 3,000) alone will go to the eventual champion. But that’s not all: the champ plus 2nd placer winner will represent the region at BlizzCon 2010!

The champion of the tournament at either venue will take home products worth RM 5,000 while the Runner-Ups will receive products worth RM 3,000 and RM 1,000 resoectively for their efforts. Interestingly, you can either choose to use the FTZ’s PC or your own PC and heck, you might be able to bring some serious amount of products if your PC is l337 enough in the organizer’s eyes.

Do note that if you want to participate in the Best Custom PC category, your rig must be powered by Intel processor. House rules, they said.

There are no participation fee involved in this event and there are only so much places available, so better register now. For more info, head on to these links below and remember to pay extra attention to the rules and regulations as the tournament will be held over Battle.net, not on LAN.
